2. Speaking To The Customer's Parent Is Always A Delight

Someone, somewhere has sold their son or daughter a product and because they can't return it, this is then your fault. They might have taken a two year contract out on a phone and they're demanding that it gets disconnected or they bought underwear that is far too sexy for someone of sixteen - unfortunately, you can't return underwear anywhere. You wouldn't mind if it was a mistake on your behalf but it wasn't and their 'child' is nineteen, so if they're having to get their parents to ring on their behalf, then they're never going to learn to grow up.
