Again this is your fault. Some customers do not understand that technology is a product of man, so there are going to be faults. Typically, they always seem to appear when your work is really busy and every single customer is in a hurry. The majority of customers will be understanding but as always, the minority spoil it for everyone, so be prepared to put on your best fake smile.
