6. The People Who Queue Jump

These people cannot comprehend the system in place. You wait behind someone who is in front of you until it's your turn - you can tell this because the space in front of the desk is free and you can see the little person sitting there, beckoning you over. Most people who queue jump will be told off by other people already in the queue but then they look at you - the employee - to make a decision; who do you serve first? The queue jumper is wanting to return something they've just bought, but does this mean that they get a free pass to the front of the line? No. never. Wait your turn.
