This painting is considered to be the most haunted in the world and it basically has the same story as The Witches. Why people have tried to outbid one another for this painting is ridiculous when you see how creepy it is. The doll is bad enough but all of the children's hands pushing against the glass in the background is just simply, nope. It was sold in 2000 by a couple who just couldn't handle the strange going ons anymore; the boy is said to move around or completely vanish from the painting because he enters the room that it is hung in. People are said to have started screaming when they've seen it, had hot air blown into their faces, felt sick and apparently the first two people to see it (apart from the painter) died within one year of their first viewing of it.
