14 Problems Only London Cyclists Will Understand

8. The Overground (Or The H & C Line) Is Your Designated Driver

It's illegal to cycle drunk but more importantly, it's really really stupid. After all, it's illegal to drive drunk and you're protected by a big metal box when you do that. Why on earth would swerving around in front of cars with absolutely no barrier between you and them be safer? So hopefully you don't plan to go out and get drunk with your bike in tow but accidents do happen. In which case, the glorious Overground or Hammersmith & City lines will happily drive you and your bike home. Other lines also have limited bike access but they're not nearly as accommodating.

Brydie is an Australian writer and performer living in London and she complains exactly the same amount about the weather as every other Australian living in London. Yes, that is her natural lip colour, no, she will not be taking any further questions at this time.
