Whoa there Minnesota, why are you (apparently) so old-fashioned? There are some things you just don't need to change, and sexual behaviourism of Humans is probably one of them. What goes on behind closed doors is confidential (take note Fappening), and certainly isn't going to impact on the lives of anybody other than the two or however many people that are involved in the act. This law sounds like a frustrated attempt to stifle sexual liberty by someone who, simply put, ain't getting any. It's doubtful that the sexually adventurous people of Minnesota are paying too much attention to this cheeky little piece of legislation, though.
