15 Insanely Terrible Advertising Campaigns You Won't Believe Are Real

5. Levi's "All Shapes And Sizes" Campaign Only Shows Skinny Girls

In 2012, Levi's launched a new campaign with the slogan "Hotness comes in all shapes and sizes." Oh, that's cool, so they're going to embrace the idea that you can be beautiful even if you're not a size zero by featuring some plus sized models, right?

Nope. Right below the tagline about "all shapes and sizes" are three skinny girls. In most of the ads, there is almost no discernible difference between their body types, so how on Earth is this representative of all kinds of women? When they say "all sizes," they really mean size zero, one or two. Another version shows three models standing in front of one another, and it appears that they differ by maybe five pounds at most. The jeans do indeed cater to women of all sizes, but it was apparently out of the question to feature any of those women in the marketing.

The idea behind the campaign is a good one, but the execution couldn't have possibly been worse.
