Whilst some women don't mind their partner walking around with Iron Man on his t-shirt, some women absolutely despise it, and for a few reasons. Firstly, it makes them feel that you're a child and that you're going to need mothered. No woman wants to mother someone that they're sleeping with because that just opens up a whole can of worms with images that you don't want to ever think about. She's your partner, not a lover and a mother combined. They'll think that you're immature because you're still wanting to get involved with superheroes and they don't know how to deal with that; unless they're walking around with Barbie on their vest. Lastly, they won't understand the reference and think it's some dumb robot man who doesn't look sexual unless you understand that he is Iron Man, because he is sexual.
