7. Having To Spend Hours In The Gym

Being part of a roller derby teams means that you have to be healthy and fit, which - whether you like it or not - means going to the gym. 

Whether you love it or hate it, exercise comes with being a derby girl. It's time to get squatting to get that derby stance low and strong. 

It may suck, but you know it will benefit the team and you as a player, and some sacrifices are worth it. Just think of the glutes you'll have.
