Download bars are notorious for being able to sprint their way from 1-90% in no time at all. 90-100%, on the other hand, is for some reason a massive struggle for modern technology. To add insult to injury, we usually get given those handy little 'estimated time remaining' counters that slowly tick down as the download progresses - until it hits 99% that is.
