15. An Acorn

Squirrels and other small woodland creatures will often hibernate through the winter, returning to the outside world once spring has sprung. In order to survive in their little nests they forage and stow away food to get them through the cold months, acorns and the like. You are probably not a squirrel if you're going to a human doctor rather than a veterinarian. And also if you're hiding your acorns up your bum instead of in the hollow of an old oak tree or something. It also almost certainly won't be edible once it's been retrieved. Sitting down will also be difficult.
