2. Actually Getting To Watch Free Films
Everyone likes free stuff, right? Well the Tyneside Bar Cafe has plenty to offer with a number of film screenings throughout the week that cost you, yep, absolutely nothing. There's Cult Film Night on Monday at 9pm, which shows all sorts of weird and wonderful gems, everything from Ed Wood to Boyz N The Hood. Thursday nights (again, 9pm) are dedicated to whatever 'season' they currently have running (usually a month or so of screenings of films from a particular director or actor), with the Coen Brothers on at present and a Wes Anderson season on the way.
