16 Coolest Hidden Disneyland Easter Eggs

8. The Names Presented In The Park Are All Real People

Walt Disney doesn't just think up of a name and whack it on a shop, plague or street sign. Everything is a dedication to people who have worked for the company or provided a valuable service in some way. The gravestones in the Haunted Mansion are all named after Disney Imagineers who helped bring the house to life. Or death, as it were. The names on the Main Street are all people who provided a service too but you have to be a big deal in the eyes of Disney in order to get one. According to Mental Floss, aka Imagineer Marty Skyler, there are three requirements that you have to reach in order to earn a window. You must have achieved the highest level of service, respect and you must also be retired. It is then up to Disney to agree on who gets what window and where.
