9. Castlepoint - Was It Worth It?

Yep, that massive shopping centre that cost millions upon millions and still is to this day. In December 2014, it was confirmed the 'flawed' Castlepoint car park would be demolished and rebuilt. You know that same one that at one point had a collapse and can't seem to get itself sorted? Also, it had loads of shops that people were excited about and then it turned out the shops were B&Q, ASDA, Argos, TK Maxx, WH Smith and so on. Oh, you mean all the shops Bournemouth has? Really Castlepoint? It's questionable whether it's just a giant pit where the council continues to throw money in.
