Death: 13 July 2013 Cory was a Canadian actor who most people recognise as Finn Hudson, Rachel Berry's love interest on the hit tv show Glee. He was also going out with the actress, Lea Michele, in real life. Monteith had a history of drug abuse which started when he was just twelve years old. Unfortunately, Cory died of a drug and alcohol overdose in a hotel room in Vancouver. Whilst the possibility of a suicide was ruled out, he was killed by the mixture of heroin and alcohol which was found in his bloodstream. Cory was such a good guy in real life and that is why his death was such a tragedy, that and because he was so young and was obviously struggling with his addiction. You're glad that Glee gave him the tribute he deserved but he was just starting off his career in your eyes.
