For some reason you'll see someone working out and automatically assume that they're smaller than you even if they aren't. Similarly for men, you'll look at what that guy can lift and see things that really aren't there, like his biceps that you've imagined in your weird mind. Besides, it's probably because everyone skips leg day which really is more important than arm day because it's not as if you walk on your hands, is it?
