As the second-biggest fast-food franchise in the world behind only McDonald's, KFC has made sure it has stretched to as many parts of the globe as possible. So popular is KFC that there are now 18,875 outlets worldwide, in 118 countries and territories in all - with 4,491 of those in the US.
