He is pretty much Disney's representation of pure evil, with a look similar to the stereotypical aesthetics associated with the Devil, he is with the pointed horns and has a large, dominating presence. Chernabog is basically the stuff that nightmares are made out of. He calls his minions and then plunges them into fire. He is able to unleash demons and evil into the world, so he's probably the reason that the other 15 villains on this list exist. Power Rating: He is literally Satan.
