18. Green Lantern And The Flash
Legacy heroes - that is, new heroes taking up the mantle of another who has fallen or can otherwise not live up to the expectations required - are nothing new at DC Comics, or Marvel for that matter. At least with Falcon becoming Captain America and Thor becoming a woman... er, a woman becoming Thor, they're doing something different with the concept, right? Oh, no, we guess not - as you can see above, DC has already had a black Green Lantern. Of course, that's not even getting into the ones from Batman Beyond... Eh, forget it. It's all going to be back to normal come May 2015, anyway.
