Dr Martin Luther King Jr delivered his famous "I Have A Dream Speech" on August 28, 1963, next to the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC - and it immediately inspired then 17-year-old Bill Clinton. Impressive - and it shows just how brilliant that piece of historical oratory really was.
