Usain Bolt Mcdonalds In his memoir Faster Than Lightning, Usain Bolt, who won three gold medals at the 2008 Beijing Olympics, claims he ate 100 McNuggets every 24 hours during the contest. Each nugget, by the way, has 47.5 calories, 4.5 grams of protein, 3 grams of fat and 90 mg of sodium. "At first I ate a box of 20 for lunch, then another for dinner," claims the Jamaican sprinter. "The next day I had two boxes for breakfast, one for lunch and then another couple in the evening. I even grabbed some fries and an apple pie to go with it."
