Brad Lee Davis was charged with the murder of his stepfather after drunkenly killing him with an atomic wedgie. Apparently St Clair (the stepfather) had called Davis' mother worthless after he had filed for divorce a few months earlier. Hearing his mother being disrespected by her husband resulted in Davis giving his stepfather a wedgie. The underwear was pulled over his head and wrapped around his neck which caused him to die by asphyxiation.
