10. The Little Things Matter
The majority of retail workers don't have the luxury of being able to sit down when they please, except on their lunch break which usually runs late. An empty chair on a night time is like heaven and when those shoes come off, they're staying off. If you pair that with a cup or tea or some sort of snack then you're laughing.
