Although it was only a brief romance between Michael "the King of Pop" Jackson and Brooke "every man's dream" Shields, she has revealed that Michael did propose to her more than once during their relationship. Sadly, she constantly refused to accept his hand - the poor guy. However, it wasn't all doom and gloom as although their romance was rather brief, they remained close friends up until Michael's tragic death in 2009.
