11. McSpaghetti With Chicken McDo
When it comes to McDonald's, one doesn't tend to think of Italian food. And yet, that's exactly what they do, albeit not in Italy. Rather, the dish known as "McSpaghetti" calls the Philippines its home, where it's enjoyed an enduring popularity after falling short in other regions. Consisting of a simple combination of spaghetti noodles and tomato sauce, another option is to add "Chicken McDo" - simply McDonald's fried chicken, which is popular in Asian countries - to the meal. From what we've seen, McNuggets are another available option to go on the side. The United States once had their own spaghetti, complete with meatballs, and was joined on a special dinner menu by fettuccine alfredo and lasagna, and later roasted chicken, with sides of mashed potatoes with gravy and a vegetable medley. For dessert: Brownie à la mode or peanut butter pie.
