https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqamYOmVFm4 Even wilder that spaghetti and other pasta is another part of McDonald's ill-fated dinner menu, the McPizza. Over the years, McDonald's has attempted to serve their own little slice of heaven in sizes ranging from personal to 12", and even as a stromboli/hot pocket-styled item. Varieties ranged from plain cheese to pepperoni, sausage, and deluxe. Unfortunately, the expensive ovens required to cook them coupled with a wait time of more than ten minutes (slower than the normally speedy service the company prides itself on) saw to the grand experiment being brought to an end. Some markets held out longer than others before eliminating the pies from their menu, and it remains in a select few. In India, they've moved on to a different variation on the concept in the Pizza McPuff, which is styled like the company's hot apple pies, but instead filled with vegetarian pizza ingredients as a handy on-the-go snack. This dish still has its fans, though, with others who are either too young to remember or were not in the right markets to know about the McPizza discovering them for the first time via the internet and finding their curiosities piqued. McDonald's Canada learned this firsthand recently by issuing a tweet asking "What would you do to have McDonald's McPizza back?" and apparently receiving more impassioned replies than they expected.
