Not content to sit around and let lobster-lovers get all of the glory, a region of the United States known as the Delmarva Peninsula (consisting of parts of Delaware, Maryland and Virginia) came up with their own answer to the sandwich with their Crabcake Sandwich, also known as the "McCrab" or "McCrab Cake."
