15. Bush's Sister Died Of Leukaemia During Childhood
When Bush was just seven years old, his sister Robin died of leukaemia in 1953. The death of their three-year-old sister greatly affected Bush and his four other siblings - Jeb, Neil, Marvin and Dorothy - and it drew the future US President closer to his mother, Barbara. Bush remains extremely close to his mother - the former First Lady of the United States - to this day.
