13. You'll Pretend To Be A Supervisor
Whenever someone DEMANDS to speak to your supervisor (just for them to say the same thing that you've just said), you know that the hunt for your supervisor is a completely futile mission. They are a very rare species in the call centre environment and to be honest, you're certain that there aren't any left anywhere. So you either put on a different voice or just get one of your close colleagues to pretend they actually care.
