10. You Eat A Lot At Work
You literally eat your feelings at work. You aren't supposed to have access to your phone at your desk but that doesn't mean that you can't bring an entire supermarket aisle worth of sweets and stash them in your top drawer. It's so worth the amount of weight that you put on as this is one of the most stressful jobs on the planet. You will eat out of stress, boredom, anxiety and sheer sadness - and that's a lot of calories.
