Inevitably, you're only asked about this in the final week before Christmas, when the shop is at its busiest, two members of staff are off sick, and there's a queue of about ten people waiting to be served.

And of course, while you do offer a gift-wrapping  service, the damn thing is so fiddly that it's really not worth the bother. And the fact that the gift box has the name of the shop on the side kind of ruins the surprise, don't you think?

With a (nearly) useless degree in English literature and a personal trainer qualification he's never used, Freddie spends his times writing things that he hopes will somehow pay the rent. He's also a former professional singer, and plays the saxophone and ukulele. He's not really used to talking about himself in the third person, and would like to stop now, thanks.
