Book: The Deathly Hallows How he died: In an explosion in the Battle of Hogwarts Death: J.K killed off the wrong Weasley and although Fred's death wasn't overly dramatic because he wasn't murdered directly with a killing curse, it was his brother's reaction which made it so memorable. In fact, it was the reaction of every single Weasley that made Fred's death so dramatic and emotional, except Percy. It should have been Percy.
