While it's all very well to be in love with someone great, being 25 and in an ongoing relationship also has it's troubles. It's ok to think 'What if I never sleep with anyone else again? What if no one ever sees my vagina except this one man for the rest of my life? What if I never see another penis again EVER?' Well actually, if you love someone, it's probably not ok to think those things. At least don't say them out loud. Really though, it's not even the commitment that's a problem; it's the thought of being with this one person for the next 20 years, and then it all going wrong. How will you ever recover from that? In 2035 the dating scene will be unrecognisable to you, all the good people will be taken, and you'll be properly old by then (in your terms of old anyway). You start dropping hints about marriage in order to maintain some sort of security.
I love Stephen King and music festivals; I eat my toast upside down; I daydream about getting married probably a bit too much; and I wish every day for a pet sausage dog puppy (who never materialises – sob).
