While you always used to say 'I don't care about politics, I don't see the full effects of their policies in my daily life and so I really am not interested', this doesn't seem to be the case any more. You're concerned about tax brackets, how much money you're losing each month, what the deal is with that broken street light outside your house, and whether it's always going to be free for you to visit the hospital. There seems to be a slight rift within your group of friends as well; you can't believe some of them are voting for a different party to you. You are all grew up together with the same backgrounds, and suddenly you're wondering if they're truly your real friends after all. How can they think that? They're so wrong! We all earn the same - don't we?
I love Stephen King and music festivals; I eat my toast upside down; I daydream about getting married probably a bit too much; and I wish every day for a pet sausage dog puppy (who never materialises – sob).
