3. A Grim Suicidal Act
This image shows what was left of Germanwings flight 9525 after its deadly decent into the French Alps claiming the lives of all 150 on board. The crash was deliberately caused by the co-pilot Andreas Lubitz who had been declared unfit for work for suicidal tendencies - something which he managed to keep from his employers. Lubitz locked the pilot out of the cockpit before he began to steer the plane into a mountain.
