2. Boy With Prosthetic Legs Plays With Tottenham Hotspur
A football-loving child with prosthetic legs realised his dream of playing with the club he supports this year, when he was invited on to the pitch by Tottenham Hotspur.
The Premier League outfit had seen pictures of Marshall Janson, from Cornwall, playing football online, and asked him to come out onto the pitch at half-time for a kickaround. Later, he was invited to the training ground, where he got to meet his favourite player Harry Kane.
Marshall, now 8, was diagnosed with meningitis when he was just one, and had to have his legs amputated. It hasn't stopped him from playing though, and the crowd at White Hart Lane were moved to tears when he came out onto the pitch.
