6 Forgotten Gems Of The Internet

2. Burnt Face Man

Another effort from David Firth at Fat Pie was the greatest and most crispy superhero the world has ever seen. Burnt Face Man was an excellent and farcical take on a truly awful superhero. Armed with the powers of flight and...having a burnt face...Burnt Face Man would strive to thwart criminals and bring them to justice in a truly American Pie-themed superhero style. Burnt Face Man gave us a series of phenomenally stupid catchphrases which, like Salad Fingers, gained an enormous cult following in the midway point of the last decade. What's more, the stories were genuinely entertaining, if entirely ridiculous. For example, where else are you likely to find a superhero who has to discover why his city is being plagued by a foul smell? Or a dangerous caper involving a walking bathtub armed with a pair of scissors (which may or may not just be a normal bath with a pair of scissors in it)? Exactly, it's just not going to happen anywhere other than Fat Pie. Sadly, the reason why this is now a forgotten piece of the internet is largely due to the fact that it has not been updated for nearly four years, which is a shame, as the episodes certainly did not begin to decline in idiotic quality. Thankfully, however, you can still watch all nine episodes, and the movie trailer here, on the original website. Do your bit for justice and head on over.
