Loews Royal Pacific Resort has plenty of dining options, trust me, you're never going to go hungry during your stay.

The Islands Dining Room is a large family friendly restaurant with a Pan Asian flavour. Located downstairs from the lobby, the restaurant offers everything from Kung Pao Chicken to Spicy Ahi Tuna. On select nights you can also enjoy the Wok Experience, an all-you-care-to-eat buffet and a stir-fry station.

I managed to eat at Islands Dining Room for breakfast a few times during my stay and every time it was delicious. Breakfast offers the choice of an a la carte menu and buffet. The buffet has everything you would expect including pastries, an egg/omelette station and hot savoury items. The a la carte menu has all your usual favourites including Classic Eggs Benedict as well as Steak and Eggs. There's also some Polynesian themed speciality dishes including Tahitian French Toast a L’Orange.

If you prefer more traditional bar food then Jake's American Bar is definitely somewhere you are going to want to try. Just across from the Islands Dining Room, Jake's American Bar has everything that you would expect including: burgers, pizzas and salads. Jake's also has its own craft beer. If beer is your thing, then why not attend one of Jake's special evenings. Twice a year Jake's hosts a beer festival and on select nights through the whole year they offer Jake's Beer Dinner. The Beer Dinner is a 5 course meal which is paired with a featured beer vendor.

One of the most relaxing meals I had in any hotel was at the Orchid Court Lounge & Sushi Bar. After a terrible rain storm put a stop to my plans to eat at Cowfish on CityWalk, I decided to give the lounge bar a try. I was very pleased with my sushi and it was pretty well priced for such good quality. With views out over the pool and waterways it was an incredibly relaxing place to sit and recover from an exhausting day at the parks.

On a morning the Orchid Court lounge also has some grab and go breakfast offerings including coffee, pastries and even pancakes.

The Bula Bar & Grille located next to the pool has lots of delicious offerings that you would expect from a pool bar. There's burgers, tacos and sandwiches. There are a few Pacific themed items such as the Huli Huli Chicken sandwich and Spicy Ahi Tuna Tostada but generally the Bula Bar has something for everyone.

You can also see the Wantilan Luau on Saturday evenings. The Hawaiian themed dinner show has an all you can eat buffet along with music and dancers.
