8 Reasons You Shouldn't Upgrade to Windows 10 Just Yet

2. There's No Turning Back...

In the early developer builds of Windows 10, there was a 'roll back' option built into the OS that let you revert back to your old Windows version with little fuss. However, for the full release it looks like Microsoft has removed this option, which could mean that once you've upgraded to Windows 10, there's no turning back. In its defence, Microsoft has said that users will be able to go back to their previous version of Windows if they do so within a month after upgrading, but it's not clear yet how this will work. Microsoft is desperate to distance Windows 10 as much as possible from Windows 8 (hence they skipped the '9'), and preventing you from downgrading back to it is another way of achieving that. Suddenly, being an early-adopting pioneer of Windows 10 sounds a bit daunting, doesn't it?
