6. Chocolate May Lower The Risk Of Stroke

Using a respectable sample of more than 114,000 people, an analysis showed that those who reportedly ate high amounts of chocolate had almost a 30% reduction in the risk of stroke compared to those who didn€™t eat much.

In addition, a study published last year which followed 20,000 people found that those eating moderate amounts experienced a reduced the risk of stroke and cardiovascular disease when compared with those who didn€™t eat the stuff, possibly because it can lower the risk of blood clots and may help reduce blood pressure.

So that's further good news then.
