A bit of a hidden gem at Islands of Adventure, Doc Sugrue's Desert Kebab House is the home to a delicious lunch sized treat.
The quick dining location has a few different kebabs to choose from. We love the beef skewer but you can also get chicken, pork and vegan meatball.
If you want to go gluten free you don't have to have the pita bread that the skewer comes in. We love this as a midday snack and you can chill with the kebab and watch the Mystic Fountain as it interacts with the guests.
