The ultimate dessert at Universal Orlando Resort is The Kitchen Sink over at Hard Rock Hotel.

This cake is made up of 7 layers including brownie, pecan pie, vanilla cheesecake and devil's food chocolate cake. The Kitchen Sink is huge and at $44 is one of the more expensive desserts on property, though given the size of it you are bound to want to share.

The Kitchen at Hard Rock Hotel has only just reopened following a refurbishment and has some of the best food at the resort.
