Every Epic Rap Battles Of History Ranked

45. Ben Franklin Vs. Billy Mays

Battle: Halfway through the battle against Benjamin Franklin (Lloyd), Billy Mays (Colin J. Sweeney) dies of a heart attack and Vince Offer (Peter) finishes the battle for him.

This is another thoroughly entertaing season one battle with plenty of fun rhymes, so it another early battle that holds up very well. The only real issue is that it feels a bit confused with the introduction of the third rapper and it would've been better to keep it at two rappers for the whole thing.

Frankly, it might've felt more coherent as Billy Mays Vs. Vince Offer, since it's not like Ben Franklin feels very relevant to either of them. Still, it's a very good early episode other than that.

Best Line:

Ben Franklin: "You couldn't sell Rick James a bag of crack, you're out of practice / My victory's more certain than death or taxes!"
