The House:

Called by their Captain, an undead fishing crew descend upon a New England town in the winter. They seek revenge and are longing to get their hooks into you. Will they "drag you under" or can you escape their nets?

The Verdict:

Before this experiencing this house we'd heard that the sets would be impressive, which led this maze to be our third most anticipated house of the night. We were right to be excited.

Dead Man’s Pier: Winter’s Wake is one of the most breathtaking houses you will ever see. The set pieces in this maze are huge. At times you genuinely feel like you are outside in the small fishing town.

You feel the cold of winter as you walk through the house. The undead fishing crew are everywhere in this house providing the scares.

They having been called to walk the earth by the siren's song and you see her at multiple points as you travel around the maze. In this house you find yourself becoming a part of the crew, journeying into your own watery grave.

We were told before entering that there is a sadness to this house and it's true. There's some melancholy as you walk around, which adds to the whole atmosphere.

There are also some good frights to be had too. With a house packed full of fishermen it's difficult not to be scared in this house.

This house came awfully close to our number 1 spot, but was just toppled..
