House Overview: The Horrors of Blumhouse returns this year with a new double feature. Survival is the key, can you escape the Baby Faced Killer from Happy Death Day or will you fall victim to The First Purge?

I didn't mind the Happy Death Day movie and thought it worked well as a modern day slasher movie. Albeit the movie is unlikely to be paraded in the hall of horror fame, I did enjoy that it tried to do something different.

I chose not to make the trip to the cinema to see The First Purge this year. After suffering through Purge: Election Year, I decided that life's to short to carry on with the Purge movies.

For me this house is pretty much tied with Halloween 4: Return of Michael Myers. Given the movies this maze is based on, I think we can expect some pretty good scares from the house. Just like Myers, these films are all about making it out alive, surviving that one night.

There will almost certainly be a plethora of masked killers out to get you this HHN.
