5. Faster Processor
The iPhone 4S's CPU was clocked at around 800 MHz. Even though, the phone performed better than most other Android competitors at that time, the processor speed 'sounded' slow. In spite of these seemingly slower clock speeds, the iPhones and the iPads handle media & apps extremely well, better than how F1 cars handle airflow. Yet, it doesn't keep us from wanting for more nor does it stop us from imagining the performance boosts yieldable on a quad-core chip equipped iPhone. The new iPhone's processor will be the most talked about and most benchmarked feature for quite some time after the phone's launch. So, will the new iPhone feature a new A6 (?) processor or will it utilize the new iPad's A5X processor? Well, it better be something that beats the Tegra 3 quad-core chip's performance, hands down!
