Opening in 2014, the Springfield area of Universal Studios Hollywood, brought guests into the world of The Simpsons. Along with the brilliantly themed land, came a pretty impressive 3D motion simulator ride.

In the ride, you join the Simpsons as they have a day out out on Krusty the Clown's own theme park. Be careful, Sideshow Bob is out to get revenge, which mean things take a turn for our favourite tv family.

The ride is fun despite just being in a motion simulator, you completely feel like you are riding a rollercoaster with the Simpsons.

The visuals are really good too. The 3D enhances the experience rather than detracts from it. The pre-show queues are fun too. The midway mania games are ran by some familiar faces from the tv show, as well as the small waiting area where you are told the rules for the ride.

There is a good storyline that begins in the pre-show area, and is pretty straightforward to follow.

Overall, The Simpsons Ride is lots of fun and there is so much detail. If you are a fan of the show, there are lots of easter eggs and gags to spot. Even if you aren't, the ride is so entertaining.
