There's one part of the ride that is not getting any complaints, which is the queue.

The images which are appearing of its queue look quite brilliant. It has impressive visuals, amazing looking animatronics and scare-actors playing the role of Skull Island natives.

The appearance of the queue scare-actors could make the attraction too scary for younger riders, especially combined with the darker elements of the ride.

As the soft openings go on we might end up seeing them being used differently if there is a large amount of negativity to them but so far there doesn't seem to be.

It will be interesting to see more fan reactions as the ride soft openings continue. It will even more fascinating to see how Universal responds to these.

Now with soft openings underway it may not be long to we get an official opening date for Skull Island: Reign of Kong.
