At the Philippines booth there were three different food options to choose from including Pancit Bihon, Crispy Lumpia and Pandan Cheesecake.

We chose to mix it up and go for the dessert offering along with the speciality non-alcoholic Buko Juice.

The cheesecake was cheapest item on the Philippines menu at $6.99 and when it was delivered it was definitely on the smaller size. It did however taste delicious. Sweet and light it was a great tasting dessert.

The Buko Juice was made with coconut water, coconut milk, coconut cream, pandan extract, smoked sea salt. It was a little on the expensive side for a non-alcoholic beverage but it did also come in a souvenir coconut cup. The drink was certainly refreshing and tasted hydrating. Perfect for when you are exploring the parks in the hot Florida sun.

Of course poutine is the food of choice over at the Canada booth. Here there are two different types of poutine. A Candied Bacon & Onion Poutine, along with a vegan friendly Wild Mushroom Poutine.

We chose to go for the Vegan Wild Mushroom Poutine, the least expensive of the two options at $9.99. This was the only dish out of all the booths that we aren't sure completely worked. Instead of regular fries, the poutine was made with spiced curly fries. Although these were delicious by themselves, along with the mushroom gravy and truffle oil, there were a lot of flavours in one dish. If you like dishes that have a lot going on with multiple powerful flavours then you may like this dish, it just wasn't for us.

Size wise, this dish is the most generous portion we received of all the booths and it was all really filling. You will definitely get your money's worth at the Canada booth.
