Universal Theme Parks 2024 & Beyond: 10 Reasons To Be Excited

If all those developments at Universal's existing theme parks wasn't exciting enough, an entirely new theme park and hotel are being developed in Frisco, Texas.

Universal Kids Resort will be a family friendly park designed with younger guests in mind. Though no official details have been released on what Universal Kids Resort will contain, we know we can expect "beloved stories and characters" that we've come to expect at a Universal park.

With Spongebob Squarepants, the Minions and Trolls as just some of the properties Universal has access to, there's plenty of fun kid-friendly rides and meet and greets that could come to the new park.

Universal have not yet disclosed an opening date for Universal Kids Resort, but with groundbreaking already under way it won't be long before the new family theme park goes vertical.
